Some of our Great Lakes honey jars may have slight crystallization, which is a natural process that occurs more quickly in raw honey. It’s still perfectly enjoyable — try spreading it on toast, stirring it in hot beverages or savoring it straight off the spoon! You can also reliquefy the honey to make it smooth and pourable again (learn more here).
We’ve carefully chosen the best sources in the rich forage lands of the lake states to produce our Regional Raw Great Lakes honey. Its bright color and herbal character come from bees foraging a variety of sources, including clover, alfalfa, basswood and regional wildflowers.
We handcraft our premium raw honey for the love of bees, using responsible practices that respect the environment. That’s why Bee Harmony is The Beesponsible® Honey.

I bought the Midwest, the GA. and blueberry variety. So good! The difference between this and what’s sold as “honey” in stores is unbelievable.

This has a slight licorice taste to it. I honestly HATE licorice but this honey is what licorice should taste like. I think the candy entrepreneurs should take a few tips from the bees. This would be the perfect sweetness to add to a craft lollipop or dessert.

I bought my first jar at the grocery store and it is awesome. Buying now to stock up.

Great Lakes honey has some weird aftertaste for me (like chemical powder). I love Orange Blossom and Florida Winterberry, but sadly I will have to give away Great Lakes.
